Peter Lichomski
Co-founder, Principal, and COO
Peter is a professional licensed architect with over 26 years of extensive experience in the United States, Canada and Europe, in all phases of commercial, industrial and retail construction design, design development, estimating, construction documents, project management, construction observation and presentations. He received his first architectural license in the United States in 1998 and in Canada in 2012. He is a LEED accredited professional since 2006. He is a Lawrence Technological University Adjunct Professor since 2000.
He started working for the telecommunication industry in 1991, and since then he successfully completed thousands of projects for all of the major carriers, tower companies and OEMs. He managed and completed, with client highest accolades, projects with demanding timelines and the large site counts for new site builds, collocations, modifications, microwave adds, AAV, IBS, DAS, and Small Cell.
He specializes in code study, trouble shooting, and designing for the most complex telecommunication projects, including: stealth installation, historical buildings, structurally difficult roof tops & high security sites. He also manages and coordinates a supporting team of contractors who provide structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering services for full A&E deliverables to our clients.
He is licensed to practice architecture throughout the US and parts of Canada.
Jamie M. Abbgy, Esq.
Co-founder and Principal
Jamie is a magna cum laude graduate of The Valparaiso University School of Law ’00, and a graduate of Vanderbilt University ’89 with a BS in Human Development, where he was the starting first baseman on the baseball team. He is a member of the Michigan Bar and Indiana Bar, and has experience in every area of site acquisition including project director/manager, zoning, leasing, and candidate selection. He has successfully directed site development projects for all of the major carriers including Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, as well as all of the major tower companies in the US. He has also worked in Canada on significant wireless site development projects in the Province of Ontario.
Lee Burlison
Co-founder and Principal
Lee is a graduate of Central Michigan University. Lee is an owner/partner of several real estate development firms specializing in commercial and industrial properties. He has also served as a senior executive within the telecommunication industry directing projects throughout the US and serving in varying business development roles. He is a past municipal mayor, chairperson of a local planning/zoning commission, past member of Michigan Municipal League, Michigan Mayors Association, and EDC along with a local DDA. His years of experience in real estate, zoning, and the political arena.
