Design and Field Services include site and equipment audits, and the coordination of: a detailed site survey, establishing coordinates (latitude and longitude), indication of true north, legal description of property, boundaries of site, schematic plans and elevations, indication of source for telephone and electric service, and geotechnical borings and testing.

Site and Equipment Audits include site walks, design sketches, photographs, power at the site, and equipment verification report.

Site Plans include all design information necessary to file for zoning in that jurisdiction including overall site plan, elevations and equipment detail and other unique items determined on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction and site-by-site basis.

Design documents/Construction Drawings include complete plans and specifications, with all the details necessary to obtain building permits and allow bidding and construction to proceed.
